Option 1
Use the Free Account. When using the Recruit Plan you can create one dashboard, although you can only add one widget type and up to 10 widgets in total. Share feature is available.
This means you can set up a dashboard which covers most of your needs and also use that dashboard on multiple screens or share it with others. Basically, you get a free pomodoro, free todo, free time counter, free public days, free everything. If this option does not satisfy your needs you can choose option 2.
Option 2
Specula uses a referral system which grants 10% discount per user who subscribes to a monthly plan. You can stack these discounts up to 100% and unlock all the paid features for free. As long as the persons you invited keep their monthly subscription, your discount will be applied accordingly. Therefore, you are rewarded whenever you bring a customer. We grow together.
If you are an academic, instead of bringing ten customers for a 100% discount, you only need to bring seven. Academics receive a flat 30% discount in the first place. This discount stacks with the referral discount. In order to check whether you are eligible for the academic discount, take a look in this repo. If you find your academic domain in the list, you are automatically eligible.
You can check the status of your referrals by accessing the Subscription settings. Discounts are automatically applied either at the initial checkout or on the next payment cycle.
