Some widgets pack a lot of utility and Time Counter is one of them.
What does it do?
As the name suggests, it counts time. Although we could debate over the existence of time, this is not the topic in question.
Time counter uses seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months or years to count since or until a date, or a date time.
It can answer these two questions:
- How many [units] since event X?
- How many [units] until event Y?
Example use cases:
Set a due date for an exam
Manage a Project
Remember when to follow up
Inform your customers about queue duration or when an offer expires
Set a cooking countdown
Event and Festival hype
Track habits
Calculate Age
Track anniversaries
Time Counter also supports up to two decimal places if you need more precision.
Whenever you set a date and time, it will count since/until that date-time, however if you only set the time, it will work as a countdown.
